Copacking, Kitting, Assembly, and Blending Services
Copacking – As a copacker, or contract packager, we can help get your finished products prepared for distribution in settings like retail outlets, direct sales, factory or office use, or other locations. We can also work with pre-packaged food items to label and package them without compromising product quality or appearance.
Kitting – Kitting is the organizational principle of bundling related items together to save time and effort. It’s commonly used in retail sales for things like subscription boxes, product multi-packs, or packaging a “bonus” item with a product. We can kit your pre-packaged food and non-food items. Kitting is also used to prep sets of tools for use at the point of need or to securely group components for product assembly in a factory.
Assembly – We can assemble individual parts and components or subassemblies into units or finished products that meet your requirements for quality, volume, and distribution scheduling.
Vendor managed inventory (VMI) – Using our experience in inventory management we can create a cost-effective plan for ordering and stocking based on your inventory and distribution data. We can also use your historical data, current needs, and future goals to make accurate projections for your inventory needs.
Inventory controls – Our team can help you rightsize your product stock based on factors like fluctuations in customer demand, product shelf life, supply chain status, manufacturing capabilities, and loss prevention concerns.
Blending – This service is available for dry materials such as powders and granulated materials. In addition to bulk dry powder mixing our capabilities include repackaging and relabeling bulk dry materials into smaller packages.
