1. Concrete Stave Silos (Outdoor Bulk Storage)
- Quantity: 15 that vary in size
- Dimensions: ~60 ft H × 20 ft DIA each
- Capacity: ~18,844 cubic feet water equivalent (~1,180 tons dry bulk at 100 pcf)
- Construction: Concrete stave
- Use: Grain, aggregates, or cement storage
- Features: Top-mounted fill conveyor, catwalk access, ladders with safety cages, discharge chutes at base
- Uses at MCMILLANCO: Ideal for large-volume raw material storage for blending and packaging operations, compatible with rail and bulk truck delivery.
2. Large Outdoor Silos (Peabody/Meridian)
- High-capacity silos designed for bulk storage of raw materials.
- Ideal for agricultural feed, bedding, industrial powders, and mineral blends.
- Direct connection capabilities for rail or bulk truck unloading.
3. Ribbon & Paddle Mixers
- Multiple industrial-grade ribbon mixers for homogeneous blending of powders, granules, and fibers.
- Batch sizes from small runs to large-scale blends, ensuring flexibility for custom orders.
- Capable of handling abrasive, fibrous, and moisture-sensitive products.
4. Indoor Storage Tanks & Cisterns
- Several vertical and horizontal tanks for liquid or slurry mixing.
- Perfect for mineral suspensions, wet feed additives, and specialty coatings.
- Heavy-duty construction for durability in demanding production cycles.
5. Conveying & Handling Systems
- Equipment for bulk material conveying between silos, mixers, and bagging stations.

- The Perrysville facility features rail access, allowing direct receiving and shipping of bulk materials by train.
