Vertical Turning Lathe

The vertical turning lathe (VTL) is used primarily for turning very large material, as well as facing or boring large cylindrical pieces. Resembling a conventional horizontal lathe stood on one end, the VTL features a maneuverable cross rail that can be moved up and down on support columns. The cross rail is reinforced by two vertical uprights mounted to the back of the table. Our VTL equipment is well suited for a variety of industries, including:
